As Chairman of the Baltimore County Bar Association’s Technology Committee, Mr. Spence has been actively involved in preparing the Baltimore legal community for Maryland’s roll-out of electronic case filing (MDEC).
This past November, Mr. Spence presented a well-attended seminar on “Getting Ready for E-filing.”
Mr. Spence continues to lobby both the Maryland State Bar and the MDEC advisory committee for modifications to filing procedures to ensure that the system works for attorneys, not against them.
