Associate
An Anne Arundel County native, Liz recently graduated from the University of Illinois School of Law in 2015. Since graduating and joining Spence | Brierley, Liz has made a name for herself in guiding difficult estates through the probate process to conclusion. As Senior Associate, she is working hard with the partners in probating often contested estates through completion as well as pursuing lawsuits on behalf of Estates against those who have financially exploited the elderly.
Liz aggressively represents families and estates against individuals who take advantage of the elderly to divert assets through financial exploitation.
On her first day of work as an Associate, Liz was assigned to an equipment repossession for a client which involved seven Sheriffs with guns drawn. Luckily, Liz’s recent assignments have not been be as “exciting.”
