Nicole joined Spence Law Group as a Paralegal and Legal Receptionist in November 2024. A Baltimore County native, Nicole graduated from Sparrows Point High School in 2021. She then attended Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, where she graduated summa cum laude in 2024 with a B.A. in Classical Studies and History. Following her graduation from college, she briefly served as a Team Leader with AmeriCorps NCCC’s Southern Region, based in Vicksburg, Mississippi, before eventually joining the firm.  

Nicole supports the attorneys with drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, preparing formal correspondence, managing email and phone communications, and providing support to attorneys during meetings, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.  

Nicole currently lives in Baltimore and spends her free time crafting, spending time with friends, playing pickleball, and preparing for law school.
